Gill graduated from Lancaster University in Organisation and Management Studies and subsequently graduated from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Gill is an experienced HR professional, having worked in Hungary and the Netherlands as well as the UK and Ireland. Prior to joining Campden BRI she was UK HR Services Manager for a global manufacturing organisation.
