"Our consumer and sensory science services enable clients to specify, monitor and control attributes and understand consumer perceptions, preferences and attitudes to support product development and improvement programmes. Using fully trained assessors we address a wide range of issues including evaluation of development/competitor samples, investigation of suspect or potential taints, monitoring product quality, evaluation of the effects of new ingredients/processes/packaging and the determination of shelf life. Understanding consumer attitudes and motivations through qualitative research techniques is complemented by extensive quantitative consumer research activity utilising product placement, hall tests and internet surveys where appropriate, providing clients with consumer intelligence they can action with confidence. We also keep clients ahead of developments through product benchmarking, evaluation services and market place scanning, in addition to providing a range of training and advisory services." |
