Glove box for modified atmosphere processing
This equipment allows products to be processed in an oxygen–free environment – paralleling the advantages of modified atmosphere packaging. The glove box was initially acquired for use in an EU-funded project (SO2SAY) to find alternatives to sulphites for food preservation.
