A library of over 1000 articles on food safety - with the emphasis on microbiological safety to help food companies minimise the microbiological hazards in products by getting their safety assurance right first time. The library of articles on food safety can be browsed generally or used to find specific safety information on particular microbiological issues and food processing technologies.
