Every food company needs to be aware of its legal responsibilities. Identifying and keeping abreast of the relevant developments in food law can take considerable time and effort. Written in layman's terms, UK Food Law Notes assumes no prior knowledge of food law and presents the major pieces of food legislation in clear concise language.
