These pages contain details of different types of CCFRA Publication:

- Reviews - provide summaries on the current state of knowledge of particular topics
- Key Topics - short introductory books describing a particular aspect of food science and technology with a strong industrial slant - particularly suitable for students, newcomers to the industry or those changing roles or sectors
- Specifications - quality specifications for raw materials (Raw Material Guidelines) or a range of canned and quick frozen end products
- Conference proceedings and seminar notes - documents produced in support of CCFRA conferences and seminars. Some contain full papers for the event while others contain short summarises with copies of the visual aids used on the day.
- Software and videos - designed for use as help packages and/or training
- R&D Reports - contain the findings of CCFRA's Research Programme. As most of these are confidential to CCFRA members they are listed in the Research section of the CCFRA website rather than the publications section.
In addition CCFRA distributes books from other publishers (usually where CCFRA personnel have had a significant involvement) and the guides from the European Hygienic Engineering Design Group (EHEDG).
