Rapid Food Test

Welcome to Campden BRI's site providing information on Project Robot, a member funded project looking at the future for analysis in food factories. The aim is to facilitate uptake of the latest rapid , real-time, in/on/at-line analytical tools which will aid improved monitoring during the manufacturing process. By liaising closely with technology providers and end-users, the project will help identify state-of-the -art technologies which offer significant benefit in the food production environment.
