Working parties support the Panels by examining specific issues in more detail than is possible in a typical Panel meeting. Currently there are 10 Working Parties:-

  • Biscuits, extruded foods and flour confectionery
  • Bread
  • Cereal variety
  • Crop protection
  • Environmental
  • Food chemistry
  • Horticultural produce
  • Microbiological QA/QC procedures
  • Statistics and sampling
  • Wheat and flour testing
