Expert witness

From time to time you may be challenged on any aspect of your food production process or the food itself - possibly because of a contamination issue or a food poisoning outbreak - or even because of a dispute as to whether your manufacturing environment and processes are sufficient to prevent such an incident.

As well as offering advice and support, you may feel that our opinion as an expert witness will support your case if it goes before the Courts. With expertise in so many areas of food processing and related issues, such as chemistry, microbiology, hygiene and contamination, we are regularly asked to perform this role.
