UK Food Law and codes of practice Link to Compilation of codes of practice In addition to specific regulatory controls there is a large body of guidance (in the form of codes of practice, guidelines and recommendations published by a wide variety of government bodies, industry groups and enforcement interests) which exists to aid businesses understand and interpret legislation. To help members access them, CCFRA has produced an extensive and fully categorised compilation of codes of practice, providing on-line access to many codes of practice relevant to the food, drink and allied industries and full details of how to obtain others that are not yet available on line. Members who wish to suggest the inclusion of additional items are invited to contact legislation@campden.co.uk .Any other comments, particularly on the links, which we will endeavour to ensure remain current, are also welcome. Within the compilation, hyperlinked document titles are available on-line. In other cases, links are provided to an organisations´ website from where the document may be ordered. Where possible a direct e-mail address is provided from which to obtain further details. |
