Pilot Plant Facilities

CCFRA has substantial food processing facilities and a comprehensive multi-disciplinary product development service. Our process areas cover over 3000m2 of purpose-built process halls, with an additional 100m2 of controlled temperature storage.   • A wide range of pilot scale retorts, rotary and static
  • A wide range of heat exchangers for pasteurisation up to UHT, including tubular plate and scraped surface

Chilling and freezing

Drying and evaporation
