Sensory analysis facilities
Our sensory laboratories represent state-of-the-art facilities for consumer and sensory testing work with separate preparation and evaluation areas. These provide controlled environments in terms of, for example, lighting, surfaces, decoration and air flow, and include secure and monitored sample storage facilities. It complies with ISO 8589:1988-Design of test rooms for sensory analysis of food, and has 20 computerised tasting booths. Both Compusense and FIZZ data capture systems are installed.
