Food Microbiology conference

Introduction: Following on from the success of previous Microbiology events, this 7th conference is designed to provide information and opportunities for discussion on a range of microbiological issues. The programme includes food production related issues and updates on microbiological areas currently topical to the food industry. The conference brings together international experts to provide presentations on key pathogens of concern, aspects of processing, meat and fresh produce microbiology and specification considerations.

Why attend Whether you are involved in the testing of end products, or oversee hygiene and quality aspects of food production, this two day conference will cover the latest issues that you would want to consider. In addition to receiving presentations from experts in the field, there will be time to discuss specific, issues either during the day or informally during the evening social event.
