Introduction: Following on from the success of previous Microbiology events, this 7th conference is designed to provide information and opportunities for discussion on a range of microbiological issues.
The programme includes food production related issues and updates on microbiological areas
currently topical to the food industry.
The conference brings together international experts to provide presentations on key pathogens
of concern, aspects of processing, meat and fresh produce microbiology and specification
considerations.
