Introduction:
Microbiological analysis is a rapidly developing area with faster and novel approaches to testing in order to satisfy the demands of the food industry for a quick result. With product safety still high on the agenda the requirement for accurate and rapid testing is paramount to meet the needs of both the food manufacturer and the end consumer. Fast and reliable technology is becoming more accessible to modern microbiology labs in areas such as detection, enumeration and microorganism identification.

This seminar is designed to combine presentations from key experts in the area of rapid microbiological testing, with an exhibition providing delegates with the chance to see what testing and identification options are currently available.

Why attend:
Whether the adoption of rapid methods is under consideration or there is a need to keep up to date with new and emerging technologies, the meeting should provide a wealth of information and training.

The presentation sessions aim to provide an understanding of the science behind rapid microbiological methods. A speaker lounge area will provide an informal setting to discuss individual needs with the presenters whilst the exhibition area will give delegates the opportunity to view current products available to microbiologists.
