Course content

The C-Cell is a reliable tool for objectively assessing the quality of baked goods. However, it can also be somewhat daunting as a user when faced with the full power of the instrument. In this course, the team who originally developed the technology will provide coaching and guidance on how to use the C-Cell to best assess your particular products.
