Course content

This course will be run on site, and so the content can be customised according to the customer's wishes. Typical components include:

  • Review of the tasting area and methods of presenting beers
  • Maintaining tasting records
  • Methods for assessment of the panel
  • Handling training as an ongoing task
  • Work with the panel on brand characterisation

This course may be extended to include components from other related sensory courses such as taint identification or beer and food matching.
