Microbiology workshop - a practical approach to handling microbiological issues in the brewery
Why attend
'We've found an enterobacteria in FV 3 - what do we do now?' This workshop is designed for all those who are involved in resolving microbiological issues in the brewery and who wish to develop or refresh their skills at dealing with the unexpected.
Course content
In this completely interactive course, our microbiology consultant will give attendees a series of case studies and scenarios to work through based on typical (and some unusual) issues that arise in the brewery. As such, attendees need to have a good understanding of microbiology and the brewing process.
This course is offered at Campden BRI, but is also available on site so that your teams can work through these cases as a group.
"This is undoubtedly the most dynamic course format we offer and is both challenging and exciting. By confronting teams with a tainted beer sample and asking 'what do you do next' the course highlights how a sound theoretical knowledge must be combined with a down to earth, practical approach to resolve issues as quickly and efficiently as possible"
