Our standard 1, 2, 3 and 4 day courses are well established throughout the industry but to ensure that the course addresses your needs, why not take advantage of CCFRA‘s customised bakery training.

These courses can be given in our dedicated facility at Chipping Campden, at your own site or at a conference facility.

You can choose from one of our standard courses, practical or theoretical, or we can tailor the content to meet your precise business needs.

Group sizes are flexible from one-to-one training, up to a maximum of 16 for practical technology courses in our training bakery, and up to 30 for theory courses.

Customised bakery training has already been given to clients from various parts of the UK but also America, Denmark, Egypt, India, Mexico, Saudi Arabia and South Africa.
