The issues of sustainability and ethics are now becoming increasingly important factors when today's consumers decide where to spend their money. According to a recent survey carried out by Marks & Spencer, three-quarters of British consumers are interested in “green” shopping in some way. Ignore them at your peril!

Why attend:
This conference takes a long hard look at what the ethically responsible consumer could mean to your business. It advises on how you can embrace the revenue opportunities responsible consumerism brings to the food service industry and suggests ways in which you can turn ethics into sales whilst highlighting some of the complex tradeoffs the ethical consumers have to face.

Who should attend?
The conference will be of interest to delegates from all areas of the food service sector, including those involved in the sourcing of raw materials, quality assurance and technical management, NPD and marketing.
