Benefits of attending
The course is designed to give delegates an understanding of how chocolate makers select and process ingredients to make a good quality chocolate.
It is aimed at non-technical people who work with chocolate, but don't need a technical understanding. It covers what should be considered when selecting, using and consuming it. You will find this course of value if you are new to the area, or work with chocolate in marketing, buying, QA, product development, or manufacturing.
Course tutors have been selected based on many years experience within the industry. They will lead you gently through the theory and demonstrate their points with tutored tastings to show how to derive the best in flavour and texture. The course will be both fun and informative.
