"With an increased interest in minimal processing of products, aseptic processing is currently enjoying a resurgence in popularity. Combining high temperature short time processing with sterile packaging in a sterile filling environment gives improved flavour, texture and nutritional properties to a product. This workshop will outline the engineering, microbiological and technical principles in producing aseptic products."
