Benefits of attending
This two-day workshop provides an in-depth look at the British and EU laws and good practice relating to food labelling. The interactive sessions and practicals make it particularly valuable to those who generate product labels, sign off art work or have management responsibility for these functions. The training will also benefit those with some labelling experience but who wish to acquire a more in-depth and up-to-date understanding. The course can also be customised, over one or two days, to meet the specific needs of individual companies or enforcement authorities.

"Over recent years there have been substantial developments in food labelling legislation. Requirements for allergen and fuller ingredient declaration, QUID and nutrition and health claims mean that the labeller must now understand an extensive range of controls in order to produce a legal label. Campden BRI's unrivalled expertise in food labelling is reflected in the outstanding evaluations delegates have consistently given this course"
