Benefits of attending
Understand the principles of auditing and how they can be applied to HACCP systems. Attending this course will enable internal, external and third party auditors to obtain the necessary knowledge and skills to be able to undertake effective audits of HACCP systems and to demonstrate their competency.
It is desirable that delegates have previously attended the HACCP - foundation or intermediate courses or equivalent.
