Benefits of attending
This foundation level course will enable delegates to obtain a practical introduction to the concept, terminology and principles of HACCP and enable them to understand the benefits of HACCP. In addition, delegates have the opportunity to achieve a nationally recognised Foundation Level (2) qualification in HACCP.
A previous knowledge of basic food safety is desirable.
