Requirements

  • Experience in the food supply chain
  • A working knowledge of HACCP principles as defined in Codex Alimentarius
  • Knowledge of food safety legislation
  • Successful completion of an IRCA approved Auditor/Lead auditor training course
  • Experience of auditing management systems
