"Over recent years, food labelling legislation has developed dramatically. Requirements for allergen and fuller ingredient declaration, QUID and the making of nutrition and health claims mean that the labeller must now understand an extensive range of controls in order to produce a legal label. Previous delegates found that the course gave them 'an in-depth understanding of labelling requirements' and a 'good update on new food labelling requirements'"
