Introduction
Regulatory controls on food labelling continue to be a major issue for the food and drink industry, as labellers attempt to balance legal demands and commercial practicalities. New legislation and guidance in this area remains a key driving force for label changes, particularly with regard to labelling claims and marketing descriptions.
As before, for this 6th Annual Food Labelling Seminar, a team of external and CCFRA experts will explain and discuss the significance and commercial implications of key changes to labelling legislation and related initiatives
Who should attend
Attendance will benefit anyone who is involved in any aspect of food labelling, including product development, technical management, quality assurance, marketing, regulatory affairs and enforcement.
This seminar will equip delegates with the essential information required to plan and effectively implement label changes.
