Food labelling update seminar 2009
Please contact our training department for further information
Introduction
Legal controls surrounding food labelling remain a major
issue for the food and drink industry. Labellers must
attempt to balance legal demands against marketing and
commercial practicalities. Proposed regulations, enforced
legislation and associated guidance are key driving forces
for label changes.
The 7th Annual Food Labelling Seminar will incorporate
a team of external and Campden BRI experts to explain
and discuss the significance and commercial implications
of recent survey findings, changes to labelling legislation
and related initiatives.
Benefits of attending
This seminar will benefit those involved in any aspect of
food labelling, product development, technical
management, quality assurance, marketing, regulatory
affairs and enforcement.
Attendance will equip delegates with the essential
information required to plan and effectively implement
label changes.
Please note:We are limited to 100 places at this
seminar; in the past, places have filled up very quickly and
so you are advised to book as soon as possible in order
