Sensory Analysis - Software and Statistics

  • Using industry standard software, this 4-day module engages delegates in the application of a range of basic through to multivariate statistical techniques useful for data analysis of sensory practices

Psychophysics, Perception and Physiology

  • This 4-day module provides delegates with a fundamental background to all aspects of human sensory perception and techniques used to examine them

Consumer Studies and Market Research

  • This 4-day module introduces delegates to factors affecting consumer acceptance of food and the application of techniques used to understand them.

These can all be attended as short courses or to form part of the Post Graduate Certificate in Sensory Science. These courses run at Campden BRI or University of Nottingham, Sutton Bonington Campus.
