Why attend:
This course focuses on the evaluation procedures and requirements detailed in the BRC‘s Global Standard Food. The emphasis is on providing an understanding of the evaluation-related procedures and protocols and on interpreting the technical requirements. The course will benefit those staff responsible for specifying, establishing, developing and evaluating operations and systems that aim to meet the requirements of the BRC (Food) and related standards.
