HACCP - the basics (Foundation level)
Why attend
This course will enable delegates to obtain a practical introduction to the concept and principles and to understand the benefits of HACCP from experienced HACCP tutors. In addition, delegates have the opportunity to achieve a nationally recognised Foundation Level (2) qualification in HACCP.
A previous knowledge of basic food safety is desirable.
