Why attend:
This course will enable delegates to obtain a practical introduction to the principles and benefits of HACCP from experienced HACCP tutors registered with the RIPH and RSPH, and to achieve a nationally recognised Level 1 qualification in HACCP.

A previous knowledge of basic food safety is desirable.

Course content:
Programme and materials registered with the Royal Institute of Public Health (RIPH) and Royal Society for the Promotion of Health (RSPH).
