Why attend:
Once implemented, a HACCPbased system needs to be verified. Audits are vital elements of a company‘s verification activities. An understanding of the benefits of auditing and key aspects in the internal auditing of HACCP systems will enable those responsible to use auditing effectively in the maintenance of their food safety management system.

Delegates will gain an introduction to the auditing of HACCP systems to add to their existing HACCP knowledge.

Course content:

  • HACCP update
  • The benefits of auditing
  • How to successfully approach internal HACCP audits
  • How to prepare for external or third party HACCP audits

Practical exercises will include:
- checklist preparation
- review of HACCP documentation
- writing noncompliance notes
