Why attend:
Understand the practical application of the HACCP principles and the essentials of effective auditing. This will enable internal, external and third party auditors to obtain the necessary knowledge and skills to be able to undertake effective audits of HACCP systems.

This course is highly participative with group exercises throughout. Continuous assessment and a written examination are used to provide verification of learning.
