This workshop aims to provide an overview of the rapid method technologies available to food microbiologists. Each technology will be explained along with the opportunity to view and gain 'hands-on' experience of the many systems available.
Workshop includes:
- Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR)
- ELISA Techniques
- Lateral-flow devices
- Latex agglutination kits
- Turbidity based systems
- Impedance/conductance systems
- Cytometry based systems
- Other novel technologies- immunoseparation, ATP,
Who should attend?
