David Miles

About

David joined us in 2011, and has worked in brewing (Laboratory Manager), food composition and beer analysis. His career began working in the research lab at Express Dairies in 1986. With the exception of 5 years in forensics and clinical trials, David has spent his career working in food and animal feed laboratories.

His previous roles include working at Mars UK (Lab Analyst – oils and fats), Express Foods Group (Dairy analysis, General food analysis, Lab Manager, Quality Manager), Aynsome laboratories (Animal Feed Lab Manager), RSSL (Group Manager, Supermarket Due Diligence analysis) and LGC (Genotyping Lab Manager, then Group Head of Toxicology).
