When relying on low temperature for preservation of product quality and safety, it is important to know how quickly the temperature of your product can be lowered. We have a range of facilities, such as cryogenic and air blast chillers and freezers, available in our pilot plant to carry out such tests and related trials such as the response of the product to reduced temperature.
